With his family by his side, at Newmarket Hospital on Sunday, September 4, 2016 in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Helen of Flesherton. Loving father of Jodi(Darryl) Petican of Riverview, Dawn(Charlie) Young of Melancthon, Darryl(Shari) Boyle of Brampton. Jack will be greatly missed by grandchildren Tyler, Hope, Alyse, Bradley, Ashley and Cory and great grandchildren Luke and Brooke. Jack will be remembered by many extended family and friends from Dunadel Golf Course. A memorial service will be held at Dunadel on Friday, September 9, 2016 from 10am – noon.
