Peacefully on Friday, October 4, 2019 at Country Lane Nursing Home, Chatsworth, formerly of Flesherton in his 74th year. Predeceased by his loving wife Edna (2015). Loving father of Bryan(Sheryl McNeil), Bonnie(Ross), Barry(Jennifer), Barb(Chuck) and the late Bev. Loved and remembered by his 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Missed by brothers Ross and Gord. Predeceased by daughter in law Midge.
Allen was a much loved small engine mechanic around the Flesherton area known for his ability to fix anything and keep a smile on his face while doing it. Edna and the 5 kids were his greatest blessings and he cherished them every day.
The family will receive friends at Fawcett Funeral Home, Flesherton on Wednesday, October 9 from 6-9pm. Funeral from the chapel on Thursday at 1pm. Interment Flesherton Cemetery. Donations to Country Lane Nursing Home or Centre Grey Health Services Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
