Clazien went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 18, 2021 at her home in Priceville in her 96th year. Beloved wife of 66 years to Christopher. Loving mother of Isabel Bouchard of Kanata, Tonia Catcher(Rick Peterson) of Vienna, Mary(Gord) Smithson of Fergus, Tom(Jane) of Niagara-on-the Lake and Chris(Shari Golem) of Chatsworth. Grandmother of Melissa Bell(Darcy Roth), Jennifer(Jesse) Ozga, Caroline(Travis) Tiegs, Ben Catcher, Kristina Collins, AJ Van de Velde and great grandmother of 11. Dear sister of Bill(Stella) Lekx, Fred(Donna) Lekx, John(Miriam) Lekx . Predeceased by sister Nel(Gordon) Powell, brothers Kees and Tony(Joyce)Lekx. Survived by sister in-law Anne Lekx and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
The family will receive friends at the Fawcett Funeral Home, Flesherton on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 from 3:00-6:00pm (Please RSVP on website or by calling office for your time slot). Funeral service will be a held from St. James Anglican Church, Fairmount at 11:00am, due to COVID-19 restrictions, this will be a private family service. She will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery, Priceville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to your favourite charity would be gratefully appreciated.
