Peacefully at the Meaford Long Term Care Centre on Sunday, April 2, 2023 of Markdale in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of the late Barbara(nee Whitton). Dear brother in-law of Marjorie Matthews and Ken(Lynne) Whitton. Predeceased by his parents Al and Mary White, brother Jack White, brother in-law James Whitton and sister in-law Patricia Richards. Survived by his sisters in-law Eleanor Whitton and Lois White. “Uncle Tom” will be missed by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
A funeral service of Tom’s life will take place at Fawcett Funeral Cremation Reception, Flesherton, on Saturday, April 8 at 1:30pm. Spring interment Markdale Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Centre Grey Health Services Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
